| A deposit of 50% of the total amount payable is required to confirm the booking, or for a one night stay; the full amount is payable. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards (£1 charge) or cheque (must be received within 7 days of provisional booking). All payments/deposits are non-refundable. Accounts must be paid on arrival by cash or credit card.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, or if there is a 'no-show', then the full amount of the booking fee shall be taken from all credit/debit cards.
Gabrielle's is a “no-smoking” hotel and guests are asked to respect this. However, anyone found smoking or suspected of smoking (i.e. room smelling of smoke after departure) will be automatically charged £100 (via credit/debit cards) for fumigation costs and will not be allowed to stay at Gabrielle’s in the future.
A supplement of £10 per person per night is payable for single occupancy of a part en-suite double room, and increments of £3 thereafter for each additional room type.
Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated one hour after breakfast on the day of departure. The proprietors cannot be responsible for loss of guest's property during their stay.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests, or who causes damage to the hotel and its fixture and fittings.
